Healthy Riding Concept

Our riding concept combines the classical art of riding with modern training methods used by professional athletes.
Biomechanical Analysis
After identifying your personal goals we start with the biomechanical analysis and diagnosis phase to identify hidden underlying issues that prevent the rider from moving correctly.
We use our extensive experience and knowledge about human and horse physiology to pinpoint the locations of needed improvement. These techniques are the same that are used by Physical Therapists around the world to analyze professional athletes or improve post injury/surgery recovery.
Training Phase
A highly customized training program is used to address the issues found during the analysis phase. This training program might include on and off horse exercises to strengthen or stretch muscle groups, train receptors or mobilize joints to improve your riding skills. Frequent reevaluation documents the progress and is used to move to the next goal.
