Where can I get lessons?
We provide a weekly lesson program for beginners to advanced riders with several barns in the New Hampshire / Massachusetts area:

If YOUR barn is not listed and you would like us to hold a clinic or have a regular lesson program please contact us so we can talk to your barn owner.
We also have limited timeslots for private barns.
Lesson Options
After the initial analysis we customize your lesson program to address your personal goals. All of our programs focus on the classic riding principles with strong emphasis on balance, seat, posture and aides.

Analysis Lesson (90min)
This is your first step into our Healthy Riding program. The lesson starts with riding exercises followed by the biomechanical analysis. After the analysis and some targeted exercises you can feel the progress immediatly.
Training Lesson (30min or 60min)
Our Training Lessons are available as half (30min) or full (60min) lesson.
We base training lessons on the results of your initial Analysis Lesson and continue with customized on and off horse exercises to accelerate progress towards your goals. This will improve important riding abilities like flexibility, strength, stamina and coordination. These core abilities allow you to progress more rapidly across all riding disciplines (dressage, jumpers, hunters, cross country, trail riding etc.)
We also give you customized exercises to repeat until your next training lesson.
Exercise Extension Lesson (20min)
During this extension of your Training Lesson we continue with supervised off-horse training exercises to ensure accurate execution. This makes you more comfortable to repeat the exercises correctly on your own.
HD Video Analysis Lesson (15min video + 15min analysis presentation)
The HD video analysis is a perfect tool to show the rider a detailed picture of his interaction with the horse in HD resolution quality. After taking the video we analyze it and present the results to you before your next lesson. You also get a standard resolution DVD to watch in your home.
